The success of an individual is not only dependent on his or her technical knowledge and skills but also on other aspects of personality such as communication skills, attitude, behaviour, etc. These aspects are known as soft - skills and a student should develop them in order to give boost to career. CIHM makes every effort to develop these soft - skills and improve overall personality of students. For this, following endeavors are undertaken:

• Special language classes for students who are weak in English*
• Regular Personality Development sessions by in-house faculty
